The Student Executive Board of the Bandung College of Administrative Sciences through the Ministry of Advocacy and Communication (KEMEN ADVOKOM) held a BEM-STIA Pods event with the theme “New Student Perspectives for 2022 regarding new student admissions this year”. This activity was broadcast via YouTube BEM STIA Bandung, held on the 3rd Floor and was only attended by the core committee, resource persons and moderators who had prepared this activity.
Tita Arrina Aulia, the Chief Executive of STIA Pods, revealed that the theme chosen was based on the fact that this year’s new year student admissions were slightly different. “With this year’s PKKMB, which is a little different, we want to see the opinions of new students who take part in the PKKMB. So that it can also be an evaluation for STIA Bandung which will soon become a Bandung University in the future, with Bandung University making students more proud of their campus, “he said.
Member of Advocacy and Communication of STIA Bandung BEM, Ghina Ainaya, who is also a fifth-semester student of STIA Bandung Business Administration, explained that the holding of STIA Pods was to broaden understanding related to campus policies and presentation of special programs for each BEM program, as well as Sharing Problem Solving in each leadership in each -each organization. Especially in the era of society 5.0 when information can be obtained easily.
He also added that to avoid ignorance and misunderstanding of a policy and information, STIA Bandung students can know and understand a policy from the campus with this podcast. Not only that, but this podcast is also expected to solve problems in each intra-institutional institution and can also be a medium for delivering about leadership and many things,” said Ghina.
President of Student STIA Bandung, Deni Ramdani, one of the speakers in this podcast event, explained that this PPKMB was quite interesting. “As a 2022 freshman, PPKMB is quite interesting this time even in the midst of Hybrid Learning like this. Indeed, there are some gaps between those who take part in offline and online PPKMB, because online PPKMB participants follow from the front of the screen and offline PPKMB directly on the spot and can feel the sensation directly,” he said.
He also hopes this podcast will become a means of aspiration for STIA Bandung students. This is a flagship program and a breakthrough from the STIA Bandung wirasena cabinet.
